2018 NFL Mock Draft: Could the Cleveland Browns pass on a Quarterback?
By Jon Dove
13. *TRADE* Chicago Bears (via Wash)- Roquan Smith, LB, Georgia
This proposed trade with the Redskins gives the Bears some extra draft ammo while also bringing a little more value to their pick. They desperately need help at the wide receiver position, but it’s probably an area they will target in free agency.
Here they are able to get a difference making inside linebacker to pair with Danny Trevathan. Actually, Smith would serve more as a fill in for Trevathan who continues to have problems staying healthy.
14. Green Bay Packers- Connor Williams, OT, Texas
Connor Williams is an upside pick based on this athletic profile. He is a fluid athlete with the size and length to be a franchise left tackle. However, his tape shows a lot of inconsistencies and areas where he needs to improve.

Green Bay could use a young stud at the tackle position where they continuously deal with injuries. Williams could even start his career at guard and eventually kick outside. We saw a similar situation with Laremy Tunsil.
15. Arizona Cardinals- Orlando Brown Jr., OT, Oklahoma
Orlando Brown Jr. may not be the most fluid athlete, but his size and length give him the ability to protect the quarterback. When he is focused on playing with proper technique he uses angles and positioning to protect the edge.
The Cardinals are a team facing major changes with a new head coach and a change at quarterback.
16. Baltimore Ravens- Derrius Guice, RB, LSU
Alex Collins had an excellent year with the Ravens, but the team hasn’t thrown its full support behind him. This means they could target someone like Derrius Guice who would provide a more explosive option at running back.
