1. Saquon Barkley, RB, Penn State

Barkley is a special talent who will make an immediate impact. He is someone who can impact the game as both a runner and pass catcher. It’s hard to see a scenario where isn’t the focal point of an offensive attack next season.

2. Minkah Fitzpatrick, DB, Alabama

Fitzpatrick is an extremely versatile prospect. He’s legitimately an elite prospect at either cornerback or safety. His ball skills and ability to create turnovers is what sets him ahead of most defensive backs.

3. Bradley Chubb, Edge, NC State

Chubb is a ready-made prospect who will make an immediate impact. He is someone who can get after the quarterback by using his quickness and power. His elite motor is something that every defensive coordinator looks for in an edge rusher.

4. Josh Rosen, QB, UCLA

Rosen gets a slight nod on my rankings thanks to the fact he is the most pro-ready. He also comes with the upside to be an above-average starter in the league.

5. Josh Allen, QB, Wyoming

Allen has the most physical talent of all the quarterback prospects. He has ideal measurables and elite arm strength. However, he will need time to adjust to the pro game and improve his accuracy.

6. Sam Darnold, QB, USC

Darnold’s decision making this past year was a questionable at best. However, he still has excellent arm strength and shows the ability to throw the ball with anticipation. His leadership skills are also something that stands out.

7. Tremaine Edmunds, LB, Virginia Tech

Edmunds is a playmaker who is still unlocking his talent. He plays the game with a non-stop motor and loves to deliver big hits. Don’t be surprised if he develops into an All-Pro who contributes as a run stuffer, pass rusher and in coverage.

8. Calvin Ridley, WR, Alabama

Ridley’s numbers don’t mirror the type of talent he possesses. He has the size, leaping ability and speed needed to be a big-time playmaker. The real concern I  have with him as a prospect is his age—will be 24 as a rookie.

9. Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame

Some see McGlinchey as a right tackle at the next level, but he rates as my top overall tackle in this draft. He has a ton of experience, plays with proper technique and is a better athlete than given credit.

10. Rashaan Evans, LB, Alabama

Evans’ versatility is what jumps out when watching his tape. He is someone who can make a legitimate impact rushing the passer, dropping in coverage and supporting the run.
