31. Donte Jackson, CB, LSU

Jackson is a speedy and fluid cornerback who keeps in-phase with his target. Despite his slight frame, he also plays an aggressive style of football. Don’t be surprised if he is a fast riser as we approach the draft.

32. Deon Cain, WR, Clemson

Cain is a major deep threat who is developing into a well-rounded target. He also has solid size and reliable hands. Cain is an underrated prospect who could potentially develop into the most impact receiver in this class.

33. Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU

Sutton’s measurables are off the charts based on his size and speed combo. He is a big play waiting to  happen. However, there are inconsistencies with his hands and route running that need to be cleaned up.

34. Mason Rudolph, QB, Oklahoma State

Rudolph has the tools needed to be a starting quarterback in the NFL. He has good size, a strong throwing arm and some mobility. Rudolph also shows the ability to throw with anticipation and deliver an accurate deep ball.

35. Baker Mayfield, QB, Oklahoma

Mayfield has his supporters, but there are also some concerns regarding his game. His erratic playing style won’t be a comfortable fit for all teams.

36. Will Hernandez, OG, UTEP

Hernandez is a mauler who routinely generates a push off the line of scrimmage. However, he also has the athleticism to get out on the move and throw a block.

37. Derrick Nnadi, DT, Florida State

Nnadi is an elite run defender who controls the line of scrimmage. It’s his commitment to gaining inside hands and strength that makes him so effective.

38. Mike Hughes, CB, UCF

Despite his lack of idea size, Hughes is a physical defender who can hold up in man coverage. He also brings plenty of value as a return man.

39. Marcus Davenport, Edge, UTSA

Davenport is looking to make the jump from a small school to the NFL. He has an excellent size-speed combination that should help him generate pressure on the quarterback.

40. Dallas Goedert, TE, South Dakota State

Goedert is a well-rounded tight end prospect who has a ton of upside as a pass catcher. Don’t be surprised if you hear his name called in the mid to late 1st round.
