This is the second part of a three part 2018 NFL Mock Draft which breaks down the entire 2nd Round.

Check the main page for the 1st Round of this 2018 NFL Mock Draft. Here I work on predicting the 2nd round where there’s still plenty of talent available. Later on today, I will post the 3rd round of this mock draft.

2nd Round

33. Cleveland Browns- Tarvarus McFadden, CB, Florida State

McFadden is a ball hawk who has a knack for creating turnovers.

34. New York Giants- Derrius Guice, RB, LSU

Guice is a physical runner who could very easily hear his name called in the 1st round.

35. Cleveland Browns (via Hou)- Deon Cain, WR, Clemson

Cain has speed for days and has developed into a solid router runner.

36. Indianapolis Colts- Jaire Alexander, CB, Louisville

Alexander is an aggressive cornerback who does a great job limiting separation.

37. New York Jets- Jamarco Jones, OT, Ohio State

Jones is underrated and has the upside to be the best offensive tackle in this class.

38. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Isaiah Wynn, OL, Georgia

Wynn is technically sound and capable of being a day-1 starter.

More from With the First Pick

39. Chicago Bears- Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU

Sutton has an elite athletic profile with the potential to be a No. 1 target in the NFL.

40. Denver Broncos- Taven Bryan, DL, Florida

Bryan has the physical ability to be a dominant player, but needs to increase his knowledge base.

41. Oakland Raiders- Derrick Nnadi, DT, Florida State

Nnadi has 1st round talent, but his inconsistencies this past year has hurt his stock.

42. Miami Dolphins- Will Hernandez, OG, UTEP

Hernandez is a beast in the trenches and loves to drive defenders off the line of scrimmage.

43. New England Patriots (via SF)- Dallas Goedert, TE, South Dakota State

Rob Gronkowski has talked retirement so the Patriots can find his replacement here with Goedert.

44. Washington Redskins- Uchenna Nwosu, LB/Edge, USC

Nwosu is a do-everything linebacker who can drop in coverage, set the edge and rush the passer.

45. Green Bay Packers- Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, Edge, Oklahoma

Okoronkwo may start as a situational pass rusher, but he has the upside to be much more.

46. Cincinnati Bengals- Maurice Hurst, DT, Michigan

Hurst is a penetrator and disruptive force along the defensive line.

47. Arizona Cardinals- Mason Rudolph, QB, Oklahoma State

The Cardinals are likely to fill their quarterback need via free agency, but they still need a young developmental option.

48. Los Angeles Chargers- Geron Christian, OT, Louisville

Christian is a fluid athlete who can work behind Russell Okung this year and serve as a long-term replacement.

49. New York Jets (via Sea)- Harold Landry, Edge, Boston College

Landry has the skills to be a difference maker off the edge. However, he lacks consistency which is why he falls to the 2nd round.

50. Dallas Cowboys- D.J. Chark, WR, LSU

Chark is a big-play threat who produced despite playing in a stagnate LSU offense.

51. Detroit Lions- Billy Price, C/G, Ohio state

Price is a day-1 starter who can play either guard or center.

52. Baltimore Ravens- Michael Gallup, WR, Colorado State

Gallup is an underrated receiver who has the size, speed and route running skills needed to be a star.

53. Buffalo Bills- Sony Michel, RB, Georgia

Michel would represent a nice complement to the aging LeSean McCoy.

54. Kansas City Chiefs- Harrison Phillips, DT, Stanford

Phillips is a force in the trenches and excels at stuffing the run

55. Carolina Panthers- Duke Ejiofor, Edge, Wake Forest

Ejiofor has the burst and balance needed to be create consistent pressure off the edge.

56. Buffalo Bills (via LAR)- Joshua Jackson, CB, Iowa

I’m much lower on Jackson than others based on his lack of movement skills. However, he is a solid cover man who has a knack for getting his hands on the football.

57. Tennessee Titans- Braden Smith, OG, Auburn

Smith is a ready-made starter who can generate a push off the line and throw blocks on the move.

58. Atlanta Falcons- Mason Cole, OL, Michigan

Cole has experience playing guard, tackle and center. The Falcons need help at guard, but will love Cole’s versatility.

59. San Francisco 49ers (via NO)- Isaiah Oliver, CB, Colorado

Oliver has excellent size and quickness for the position. However, he needs to clean up his technique in order to reach his potential.

60. Pittsburgh Steelers- Hercules Mata’afa, Edge, Washington State

Mata’afa is a unique prospect who is built like a linebacker but saw a lot of action at defensive tackle. He projects as an edge rusher at the next level.

61. Jacksonville Jaguars- Mike Gesicki, TE, Penn State

Gesicki is a contested catch master who will give the Jaguars another pass-catching threat.

62. Minnesota Vikings- Rasheem Green, DL, USC

Green is a well-rounded player who can hold up against the run and generate some pressure. He is the type of unfinished product who Mike Zimmer develops.

63. New England Patriots- Quenton Meeks, CB, Stanford

Meeks is a steady coverage corner who fits in either zone or man coverage.

64. Cleveland Browns (via Phi)- Chad Thomas, Edge, Miami

Thomas is an explosive athlete who can generate pressure off the edge. He is someone w ho will take advantage of the one-on-one match ups created by Myles Garrett.
