Oklahoma QB Kyler Murray completed his much-anticipated Pro Day on Wednesday and while he didn’t run the 40-yard dash, he had an impressive showing throwing the ball, according to multiple reports.
“As you would expect, Kyler Murray was impressively accurate during his throwing session,” long-time scout and Class of 2019 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee, Gil Brandt, said. “61-of-67, with one drop. Completed everything under 10 yards. One incompletion to deep left, one middle, three deep right. Jim Zorn did a great job preparing him.”
Brandt wasn’t alone in his praise for Murray.

“Kyler Murray’s throwing session was tremendous, but no surprise based on his tape,” tweeted NFL Network’s Charles Davis. “Big time arm/touch/accuracy.”
Davis’ NFL Network colleague Bucky Brooks was equally impressed by Murray’s showing.
“Kyler Murray Pro Day has been pretty impressive to watch,” Brooks tweeted. “He has A+ arm talent and is an ‘easy’ thrower. (Murray) can make a wide range of throws to every area of the field. Touch, timing, anticipation, drive throws and feathery tosses. Plus, he’s an A+ athlete.”
