Hakeem Butler, Wide Receiver, Arizona Cardinals

Round 4 Pick 1 (Pick 103 Overall)

Hakeem Butler was a terror in the Big 12 Conference last season using his size, strength, and athletic ability to beat defenses for big play after big play. I thought he had a chance to go as high as the second round. The main reason he fell is he had some occasional drops on what should have been routine catches.

Arizona is revamping their entire offense by replacing the head coach and quarterback after just one season. With Kliff Kingsbury and Kyler Murray now manning those spots, expect the Cardinals offense to be more pass and big-play oriented. That style plays right into what Butler does best.

The receiver corps as a whole is getting a makeover in Arizona. There will be sufficient opportunity for Butler to make his mark and become a downfield, big-play threat for Murray.
