3. Parris Campbell – Indianapolis Colts

With his usage often limited to short routes and screens, Campbell had an average depth of target of just 4.5 yards in his final season with Ohio State. Expect the Colts to make significantly greater use of his skill set in the pros and make him a legitimate option for Andrew Luck in one of the NFL’s best offenses.

He enters the league with T.Y Hilton and Devin Funchess set to be ahead of him on the Indianapolis depth chart and tight ends Eric Ebron and Jack Doyle sure to continue to command plenty of targets.

However, his speed and elusiveness and ability as both a runner and a receiver should appeal greatly to the creative offensive mind of head coach Frank Reich.

Look for Reich to get Campbell involved often enough as a rookie for him to merit consideration as a bye-week fill-in with the potential for him to provide greater upside should his role expand.

If he makes the most of his early opportunities, then Campbell carries obvious appeal in dynasty as a player who could become the primary option for Luck, with Hilton’s contract set to expire after the 2020 season.
