6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Grant Delpit, S, LSU

Say what you want about Jameis Winston and the Buccaneers offense, but since he entered the league in 2015, Tampa Bay’s defense has done little to help the team succeed. Due to ineptitude, especially in the secondary, it often falls on Winston to win games single-handedly, and the results have not been good. By picking up a ball hawk like Delpit, Tampa Bay would finally have a cornerstone to build around in the defense’s back-end.

7. Detroit Lions – A.J. Epenesa, EDGE, Iowa

Assuming head coach Matt Patricia remains employed by the Lions by the time the 2020 Draft rolls around, he would be thrilled to land a talent like A.J. Epenesa. With Trey Flowers, a deep defensive tackle rotation and Epenesa, the Lions would have one of the NFL’s most complete defensive lines.

8. Buffalo Bills – Laviska Shenault, WR, Colorado

With all due respect to Cole Beasly and Zay Jones, the Buffalo Bills still lack a true go-to receiver for quarterback Josh Allen. Shenault isn’t the most polished receiver, but his athleticism and natural skill set are rare and could be worth a top pick next year.

9. Denver Broncos – Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama

The Denver Broncos have a feisty defense that starts with an excellent pass-rush and stingy secondary, but the team lacks athleticism at the linebacker position. As fellow With the First Pick contributor, Anthony Pastore alludes to in his latest mock, Moses and Denver would be a perfect fit.

10. New York Jets – Raekwon Davis, DL, Alabama

Quinnen Williams, who was selected by the New York Jets in the 2019 Draft, played alongside Davis last season for Alabama, and in this mock draft, the Jets decide to reunite the pair. With Leonard Williams not living up to expectations and Henry Anderson being nothing more than a stop-gap, Davis would step in and immediately become a dominant presence alongside Williams.

11. Indianapolis Colts – Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU

Following Andrew Luck’s surprise retirement, many expect the Colts to focus on drafting a quarterback in next year’s draft. With the underrated Jacoby Brissett around to take over, however, the Colts will instead look to upgrade a secondary that while talented, lacks depth. The selection of Fulton would give the team another talented cornerback while protecting against any decline from 2018 breakout star Pierre Desir.
