12. Tennessee Titans – Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia

At this point, it seems that Marcus Mariota is too injury-prone to be relied upon, and frankly, his on-field work hasn’t been impressive either. A look through Tennessee’s depth chart reveals a team that should be a contender in the AFC but has been held back by poor quarterback play. Fromm is limited but would be a perfect fit for a team that needs reliability more than anything else at the position.

13. Carolina Panthers – Walker Little, OT, Stanford

After watching Andrew Luck retire because of the beating he took during his NFL career, the Carolina Panthers need to reinforce the offensive line before Cam Newton does the same. Selecting Walker Little would have a domino effect on the Panthers line that would ultimately help everyone involved. Little at left tackle would allow Daryl Williams to return to his natural position at right tackle while pushing Greg Little inside to the guard position. The selection of Little here would finally allow Newton to play behind a respectable offensive line before injuries claim his career as well.

14. Seattle Seahawks – Yetur Gross-Matos, EDGE, Penn State

Even if L.J. Collier becomes the player that the Seahawks hope he can be, this is a team in need of pass-rushers. Gross-Matos is a productive player that would provide an immediate impact on a team that is going to miss Frank Clark’s pass-rushing production this season.

15. San Francisco 49ers – CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma

The 49ers are confident that Jimmy Garoppolo is their franchise QB, but the team lacks elite talent at the receiver position for Garoppolo to throw to. Lamb is an explosive playmaker that would open up San Francisco’s offense and ultimately allow the passing offense to thrive under Kyle Shannahan’s tutelage.

16. Oakland Raiders – Isaiah Simmons, LB, Clemson

As members of the national media for years, both Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock have seen the rise of linebacker/safety or “hybrid” players on defense. Isaiah Simmons is the exact type of player that is becoming so popular in the league nowadays and should be sought-after by a Raiders team that needs his skills.

17. Baltimore Ravens – Tyler Biadasz, C/OG, Wisconsin

For a team that is expected to run as much as the Baltimore Ravens, having a talented interior offensive line is crucial. Unfortunately, outside of an aging Marshal Yanda, the Ravens lack any top-tier talent at the guard and center positions. Biadasz is a polished, gritty offensive lineman out of a Wisconsin program known for developing offensive linemen. This selection is a perfect fit of team and player.
