With Swift feet, he is named accordingly

More from With the First Pick

It is impossible to watch Swift and not recognize the elite athleticism and footwork that he has; this seems like a great place to start when talking about the Georgia superstar. It is rare to find an athlete who has the ability to put his foot in the ground, change direction, and move horizontally without losing any explosiveness and speed in the process.

At the next level, he has all of the potential to turn a swing pass into multiple missed tackles and a big time play. Incredibly, in the clip below, Swift makes more than one move in a matter of split seconds, displaying not only the elite footwork previously mentioned, but top of the class instincts as well to know where a threat is coming from next.

Swift has an elite ability to make even free running defenders look stupid as he makes them miss in the open field. His footwork and instincts lead to the innate elusiveness that Swift possesses; it was shown in the Kentucky clip above, and also below as he notices an unblocked man off the edge and immediately makes him miss after taking the hand off.

Going hand-in-hand with his explosive footwork, instincts, and elusiveness, Swift also has great vision to make his way through running lanes.
