4. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars may have endured a disappointing 6-10 season, but they have plenty of pieces for the future following a strong 2019 NFL Draft.

First-round pick Josh Allen silenced those who doubted his ability to transition to the NFL with a 10.5-sack season.

Jawaan Taylor started all 16 games at tackle while Quincy Williams was productive from the linebacker position and Ryquell Armstead scored two touchdowns as a backup running back.

The cherry on top of this class, though, is Gardner Minshew.

Sixth-rounder Minshew outplayed big-ticket free agent Nick Foles and earned the right to start the 2020 season as the number one quarterback on the team.

Minshew surpassed all expectations and, for him to lead Jacksonville to a winning season in 2020, they will need a similarly successful draft this year.
