A.J. Epenesa, EDGE, Iowa

Power is the name of the game for Epenesa, similarly to Camppell. If the Jacksonville Jaguars want to replace Calais Campbell with someone similar to him, Epenesa is the prime candidate. Epenesa is a power rusher with heavy hands and he put that on display every single week for the Iowa Hawkeyes. Epenesa will surely be available at pick twenty, and the Jaguars will heavily consider him.

More from Jacksonville Jaguars

The best trait about Epenesa is his scheme versatility. He can play both on the interior and on the edge. He is one of the better run defending edges in this class. The Jaguars are currently coached by Doug Marrone, but the seat is scorching hot. If the defense changes in the coming years, Epenesa is versatile enough to eliminate any learning curve and scheme questions.

Javon Kinlaw, IDL, South Carolina

Why not replace power with power? Javon Kinlaw is an absolute bulldozer on the inside that the Jaguars are sure to fall in love with. Similar to Brown, leadership is what makes Kinlaw such an attractive prospect. He earned praise at the senior bowl in Mobile for his interviews. Kinlaw would have big shoes to fill in Duval, but is more than willing to step up and be the leader for this defense.

Josh Allen would surely benefit from this pick. Without a dominant interior presence, teams will be turning their attention to Allen, sending double teams his way and chiping him with tight ends and running backs. However, with Kinlaw on the interior, Allen may see significantly more one-on-ones. Just like Brown, Kinlaw has heavy, powerful, and impactful hands that move lightning quick.
