Team Needs

Wide Receiver

New York was very active this offseason in trying to re-sign Robby Anderson. Anderson decided not to re-sign with the Jets but sign with the Carolina Panthers this offseason. The Jets now need two receivers, they added former Buccaneers receiver Breshad Perriman right after losing Anderson to Carolina. The Jets hold the 11th overall pick in this year’s draft, do not be shocked if there is a No. 1 receiver left and the Jets hoop all over that.

Offensive Tackle

The New York Jets have been very active this offseason signing three new pieces to their offensive line, George Fant, Connor McGovern, and Greg Van Roten. The Jets need to get a young offensive tackle that is gonna be their true franchise building block upfront moving forward. If one of the four top prospects are still available at 11th overall, do not be shocked if the Jets decided to move away from wide receiver and protect Sam Darnold and Le’Veon Bell long term.

Edge Rusher

The New York Jets had to re-sign Jordan Jenkins this offseason. Jenkins had 15 sacks in the last two seasons for the Jets. One of the only pieces on the Jets defense that can really hold his own. Despite having Jenkins that had two good seasons, they need to put talent around him. Though they will probably go with more of a wide receiver or offensive tackle with their first-round pick but it would be very smart for the Jets in day-two to snag one of the edge rushers.
