Top 10 Targets for Miami

Miami is in rebuilding mode but after this draft, they could secure themselves a spot in the playoffs. The Dolphins are going to have a lot of young talent on their team. Getting a quarterback in Joe Burrow or Justin Herbert that start Week 1 for the Dolphins is key, with Tua Tagoviloa you might have to wait a year for him to be NFL ready. The Dolphins is not the team that wants to wait for that to happen. The Dolphins want immediate success.

Miami is also starting to learn if you want to have a successful rebuild, you are going to need to rebuild from the inside out. The Dolphins are looking to draft an offensive tackle or even two to protect their new franchise quarterback if that is Tua or Herbert.

With the trade that sent Minkah Fitzpatrick to Pittsburgh and the Dolphins cutting Reshad Jones from the team, the Dolphins do not have a reliable safety back there. They are going to have to use one of those day two picks to snag their safety of the future in McKinney or Delpit.

Something that was not mentioned in the top needs were running back because they signed Jordan Howard and running backs are not as important as they used to be, but the Dolphins do need to get a running back in this draft if it is Dobbins or Swift. Or the Dolphins decided to wait a little bit and draft AJ Dillon from Boston College in the later rounds.
