Team Needs

Linebacker

New Orleans needs to address the lack of depth at the linebacker position. With Manti Te’o being a free agent and A.J. Klein decided to sign with the Buffalo due to free agency. With the draft coming up and the draft having some very good sideline to sideline linebackers that can fit the mold, the Saints could try to trade up and snag one of those linebackers while they have a chance to make the playoffs again.

Quarterback

With Drew Brees had retirement in his head during the Pro Bowl and that changed when free agency hit, Brees’ career is coming to an end fast. The Saints need to prepare for life after Brees under center. The New Orleans Saints found a player in Taysom Hill but what it seems like he will not be more than gadget player and backup quarterback. The New Orleans Saints have a chance to draft their new franchise quarterback if one falls to them in the first round.

Wide Receiver

The New Orleans Saints have the best receiver in the entire league, Michael Thomas. But not one man can not do it by himself. The Saints signed Emmanuel Sanders, he is older and not the future of the Saints. If the Saints drafted a receiver they could possibly have one of the best wide receivers in the league which will really help Brees.
