3 best landing places for Larry Warford after release from Saints
Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals desperately need help on the offensive line. The most talented player on the offensive line is Jonah Williams, who didn’t play a snap in 2019. With number one overall pick Joe Burrow taking over at the quarterback position, the Bengals need to figure out how to protect him.

In all sixteen games the Bengals play this season, the opposing pass rush will be better than their offensive line. One of the quickest ways to remedy that is to bring in a perennial Pro Bowler. If the offensive line stays as is, Joe Burrow may have a miserable rookie season.
While Warford may want to play for a better team, the Bengals may be the only team that can give Warford a contract for a player of his caliber. Warfford is almost 29 years old and would most likely play for a team with legitimate playoff aspirations. However, at this point in the off-season teams have limited cap space. If Warford is looking for a pay day, the Bengals may be the place for him.
Warford’s fit with the Bengals would work in both the run game and the pass game. He would help establish a strong interior with Trey Hopkins to help Burrow. In the run game, Zac Taylor has been trying to make his running scheme emulate the Los Angeles Rams. To establish this type of stretch zone running scheme, he would need to have a strong offensive line.
