Gap Play: He hardly plays in the box at all really and occasionally benefits from some free runs at the RB. Sees the hole and he isn’t afraid to fill it. Comes downhill hard and fast and able to close the distance quickly even when out covering a slot. Reads the game very quickly, got much better as the year went on, was able to rely on instinct. (10/15)
Zone Coverage: Koramoah doesn’t always have to see his man to know where he’s at, excellent peripherals, and overall feel for the game. Finds the leakers and is able to typically able to stop them for a short gain. Gets to where he needs to new quickly. Excellent at getting into throwing lanes and making things difficult on the QB, length attributes to that. (12/15)
Tackle: Needs to get better with his angles, overestimates his speed at times, and comes up short on tackles. When he comes within reach of guys he displays a really nice form tackle, squares the ball carrier up, and drives with his shoulder. (9/15)
Range/Functional Athleticism: Listed as a Safety, but projects nicely to a Will linebacker role at the next level (think Dre Greenlaw) and because of it will test high for a linebacker. Can cover sideline to sideline in an instant. EXPLOSIVE lower half. (14/15)
