Central Arkansas QB Breylin Smith and WR LuJuan Winningham

The last two we will hit on here are technically 2021 NFL Draft prospects, however they are still underclassmen at the FCS level. This means it is highly unlikely they will declare for this April’s draft, but are worth mentioning here anyway as they begin their Junior seasons at Central Arkansas.

First up is quarterback Breylin Smith as he looks to improve his play from a season ago. He had a successful Sophomore season where he completed nearly 65 percent of his passes, throwing for 3,700 yards and 32 touchdowns while tossing 16 interceptions as well. At 6-foot-3 and 210 pounds, Smith has the prototypical size of an NFL quarterback and looks to prove it on the field.

The Bears also have a talented underclassman wide receiver in LuJuan Winningham as well. Listed at 6-foot-3 and 190 pounds, Winningham is coming off of a sophomore season where he racked up 50 catches for 814 yards and eight touchdowns.

Given his size and production, there are obvious reasons why NFL teams would be interested in Winningham’s services. Keep an eye on these two underclassmen as they look to keep their connection from a year ago as Central Arkansas looks to get off to a hot start.
