For a look at the Philadelphia Eagles’ team needs entering the 2015 NFL Draft, I got together with Todd Duvall of Inside the Iggles. Below are my questions followed by his answers.

Section 215
1. How have the team’s draft needs changed since free agency opened?
"Before Philly’s crazy free agency moves they needed cornerbacks, safeties and a good quarterback if they could swing it. Now, they still need a Brian Dawkins-like safety and wide receivers since they let Maclin go. Not sure Cooper is a good number 1 wide receiver."
2. What would you say are the top three needs remaining?
"In order, wide receiver, safety and offensive lineman."
3. Are there any prospects that have caught your eye so far?
"I like Auburn’s Sammie Coats who will most likely be on the board at 20. But my favorite is Kevin White from West Virgina. He’s big at 6-3, 215 pounds and can run a 4.43 40. If they were to trade up they need to get him instead of Marcus Mariota."
4. What do you think would make for a successful draft for your team?
"I think what would make it the most successful would be the following picks In order. Wide receiver, safety, offensive guard, added depth at linebacker."
5. So much draft focus often goes to the first few rounds, but is there something you’d like to see your team do in the later rounds?
"If the Eagles are successful dealing Jason Kelce this year they need a good replacement. Even if they don’t trade him they still need to add to their offensive line after last year’s injury riddled season and guards are usually in abundance in the later rounds. Then I think they need to look at adding to their linebacker corps. Find a young man that can be developed into a serious edge pass-rusher."
