I. <p>The big debate over this past offseason was which receiver should be picked first in the draft. The two contestants were Cooper out of Alabama or Kevin White coming out of West Virginia. It was the route-running and polish of Cooper vs the size and speed of White until the simulcam showed Cooper was faster.</p> <p>But where Cooper really won is where it counts, going No. 4 overall to White’s No. 7 overall. Going forward, the debate is going to be over which of the receivers should have been picked first,  possibly for years to come. But it’s going to have to wait a while as White has been shut down because of a shin injury.</p> <p> </p>.
