Three trade destinations for receiver DeAndre Hopkins

Denver Broncos

This might seem like an odd destination, but stay with me here.  Going into the season, the Denver Broncos were relying on Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, Tim Patrick, and KJ Hamler, which is one of the best wide receiver rooms in the NFL.

However, for varying injury reasons, we never got to see the full potential of this group c. ome to life.  Towards the end of the season, though, Jerry Jeudy’s true impact began to shine through and it’s become clear that Jeudy is just as good as many of us thought during the draft process.

With Sutton having a bit of a down year, and Hamler not being able to stay on the field, I think the Broncos could swing a trade for DeAndre Hopkins and include Courtland Sutton in the deal.  The Arizona Cardinals would get a younger receiver to add to the room, and the Broncos would get a quality running mate for Jerry Jeudy.

Hopefully then Tim Patrick returns to the fold and Denver ends up being able to find a reliable speed threat.  Also, with Russell Wilson maybe needing more help than we originally thought, adding Hopkins makes even more sense.
